The Nutropolitan Museum of Art

So I blog a lot about food, and I blog a lot about art. But brace yourself, because this is a post about food AND art!

This weekend Peanut Butter & Co. (which is owned by a Vassar grad who spoke at our spring convocation last April) hosted an event in a gallery in Soho called the "Nutropolitan Museum of Art." They had "peanut butter art," a peanut butter sample station, and information about the health benefits about peanuts. But best of all, when you left you got a free jar of peanut butter, and for every jar they gave away they also donated one to the Food Bank of NY. Win-win-win situation!

On the walls were large photographs of elaborate peanut butter creations. Here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
